Barwa takes profit on rental income

Qatar's biggest publicly traded property developer by assets, Barwa Real Estate has reported a 25% increase in its nine-month profit as rental income more than doubled, Bloomberg has reported. Net income climbed to QR775.6m ($213m) from QR622.6m a year earlier, the developer said. Rental income rose to QR289.2m from QR121.5m.
