Investors continued to sell financial shares. Ithmaar bank plummeted four percent and closed at $0.12. Bahrain Telecom (Batelco) bucked the trend, ending 0.90% higher atBD0.56. The telecom provider is currently upgrading its internet networking equipment. The overhaul of the network is to take place in various locations across Bahrain between the 17th and 28th of June.
