Abu Dhabi-based real estate firm, Baniyas Investment and Development Co has announced the completion of construction works on Phase l of the Dhs3bn Bawabat Al Sharq mixed-use development. The developer aims at handing over the 56 three, four and five-bedroom villas as well as the 164 modern apartments to their owners by the end of December 2010; once the infrastructure works are completed by Abu Dhabi Municipality.
