The 23-month contract calls for the construction of two 39-storey residential towers and one 45-storey office tower. The cluster is located at the northeastern end of the development, close to Emirates Golf Club and the fifth interchange on Sheikh Zayed highway.

The local Dutch Foundationshas completed the foundations works as a separate package. The consultant is the local National Engineering Bureau (NEB)and the project manager is the US' Morganti. First Gulf Bankis the client. The local Nakheelis the master developer for Jumeirah Lake Towers. The 1.1 million-square-metre project involves the construction of 79 towers and a 250,000-square-metre man-made lake (MEED 28:10:06).
