Tamweel has invited companies to bid by early May for a 27-storey office building at Business Bay.
The prequalifiers for the project are the local/UK Al-Naboodah Laing O’Rourke and UK-based Higgs & Hill.
The consultant is Hong Kong-based P&T Architects & Engineers. UK-based EC Harris is the project manager.
