Three firms have submitted bids: the US' Hill International, Bahrain-based Projacs International and KEO International Consultants.
Seef Plaza is a residential two-tower development, measuring 35 storeys and 25 storeys respectively. It is located in the Seef district of the kingdom.
The client is Eskan Bank, which is also the client for the BD1bn ($265m) Bandar al-Seef project, part of the Northshore development programme in Manama (MEED 04:05:08).
