Authorities in Riyadh on 3 December arrested a man in connection with the suicide bombings of the Muhayya compound on 8 December, which killed 17 mostly Arab residents. 'The search continues for other elements of this cell and others like it.' An Interior Ministry spokesman said that the man, who has not been named, had been detained by security forces in a residence in the capital. Authorities later found 38 kilogrammes of explosives in the hideout.
