Dubai-based Daman Investments has created a new company, Buildan Development Limited, that will invest at least $1bn in specialised airport facilities at the new airport area in Dubai over the next three years, reported Khaleej Times. Daman's CEO Shehab Gargash said Buildan will have an initial public offering in 4-5 years to raise capital. The company is also having preliminary talks with partners outside the Middle East on various planned projects.
