The local office of KEO International Consultantshas been selected to provide master planning and infrastructure consultancy services for Dubai Maritime City (DMC).

The services that KEO will provide include the development of the a final master plan; infrastructure master plan and traffic studies as well as the preparation of infrastructure design and build documentation for the first phase of the project.

DMC is a mixed-use development located divided into a commercial district and an industrial district serving the maritime industry.

In September, Dubai-based port operator DP World entered into an agreement to acquire Maritime World, owner of Dubai Maritime City (DMC). The transaction is valued at $180m.
