Local investment house Istithmar has made two appointments on its estimated AED 2,500 million ($681 million) Canal Point development. The UK's K Home International is the project manager and Currie & Brown, also of the UK, is the cost consultant.
The development will be located in the Jumeirah Lake Towers area of Dubai and will involve the construction of about four 50-80-storey residential and office towers and a hospital. US-based Burt Hill is the architect (MEED 10:2:06).
