Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Hospital) has awarded contracts totalling SR601m ($160m) to the local International Hospital Construction Company (IHCC) for the design and construction of hospitals in Mecca and Dammam.
There are two contracts for construction work in Mecca. The first is a SR388.91m deal for building a hospital, and the second is SR113.73 order for staff accommodation buildings.
In Dammam, the award is a SR98.1m deal for staff housing.
All three projects are expected to be completed within 36 months.
