Contractors are preparing to submit bids on 19 September for the contract to build Shuaa Capital’s Dubawi tower project in Dubai.
The 82-storey tower will be built in the Business Bay area on Sheikh Zayed Road. It has been designed as a mixed-use hotel and residential tower with about 500 hotel rooms and serviced apartments. The total built-up area is 169,000 square metres.
Shuaa says the concept was developed by N Studio, the architectural and interior design practice of London-based developer Northacre, which like Shuaa is owned by Abu Dhabi Financial Group.
The project manager Canada’s Leman. The lead consultant is the local Dewan Architects & Engineers. The cost consultant is the UK’s Faithful & Gould.
