The packages cover offshore marine works, onshore works and the construction of a marina.
The project will be a mixed-use development covering 10 square kilometres. It is planned to stretch along at least 3km of coastline and will include commercial, residential, recreational, educational and healthcare facilities. It will also include a golf course, marina and hotels.

Solidere International is developing the project with the Ajman Investment & Development Authority. Completion is scheduled for 2017.
