The bidders include the local Al-Shafar General Contracting, Lebanon’s Arabian Construction Company (ACC) and Hong Kong-based CSHK.

The project, opposite the World Trade Centre, involves the construction of at least three interconnected towers comprised of offices, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, residential units and shops.

The total built-up area is about 270,000-square-metres. US-based Burt Hill is the architect. Local developer Deyaar is managing and developing the project on behalf of the client, Investment Corporation of Dubai (MEED 10:7:08).
