The first building is Burjside Boulevard Tower and involves the construction of a 38-floor apartment building with one basement and a five-level parking podium. The tower will be 190-metres high with a total built-up area of 68,900 square metres.
The other two towers are office buildings. Commercial Square Tower involves the construction of a 17-floor office building, with five basement and three podium levels for parking, and will be 90 metres tall. Water’s Edge Tower will have 18 levels of office space, three basement and three podium levels for parking, and will also be 90 metres high.
The local Architectural Consulting Group (ACG) is the consultant.
The project is the latest to be tendered by Damac at Business Bay. In January, Hong Kong-based CSHK Dubai Contracting was awarded an estimated AED200m ($55m) contract to build two commercial towers for Damac at Business Bay (MEED 9:1:08).
