Al-Jawhara Tower will have 294 residential units
Dubai’s Damac Properties has invited contractors to bid by 31 January for the contract to build its 178-metre-tall Al-Jawhara Tower in Jeddah.
The 49-floor residential tower will have a ground floor with retail space and a restaurant, a basement parking floor, three podium floors for parking, and a health club floor consisting of a gymnasium, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms.
The 42 residential floors will have a total of 294 apartments made up of one, two and three-bedroom units.
The total built-up area will be about 88,000 square metres.
It was designed by WBTL Architects of the US. The local consultant is the local Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants (MEED 27:7:07).
