Local developer Emaar Properties has awarded an estimated AED 395 million ($107 million) contract to the local Dubai Civil Engineering (DCE) to build its Marina Quays development (MEED 25:11:05).
Local developer Emaar Properties has awarded an estimated AED 395 million ($107 million) contract to the local Dubai Civil Engineering (DCE) to build its Marina Quays development (MEED 25:11:05).
Located along the waterfront of Dubai Marina, the project involves the construction of the 12-storey Marina Quay North and Marina Quay East towers, and the 39-storey Marina Quay West tower. The towers will be connected by a common podium structure and comprise one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The facilities include a gymnasium, an outdoor swimming pool, a squash court and a cinema.The local Middle East Foundations has completed the piling, shoring, excavation and dewatering work. The local Arif & Bintoak is the lead consultant; the UK's DG Jones is the cost consultant and quantity surveyor.You might also like...
