Projects are at World Trade Centre and on the Palm Jumeirah
Dubai-based Depa has been awarded two new interior fit-out contracts in Dubai totalling AED144m ($39m) for work on the Emerald Palace Kempinski Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah and the Novotel World Trade Centre.
The Kempinski comprises 345 luxury rooms, restaurants, pool and spa facilities, a cinema, 3,000 square metres of shops, together with business and conferencing facilities.
The Novotel World Trade Centre Hotel deal involves the refurbishment, fit-out, furniture and equipment of 412 guest rooms, lift areas, lobbies and corridors of the 13 floor building. The project is due for completion by January 2015.
