Biography: Dexter Bart is healthcare design manager for Hill International Middle East, based in Qatar. Bart joined the US’ Hill International in 2003, after spending several years in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait designing major health projects, including hospitals, clinics and laboratories.

Prior to joining Hill International, Bart worked in Hong Kong and Taiwan for 10 years, where he designed science and industrial parks. Bart went on to become head of design for a conglomerate of design firms for a new city project in Fujian province in China, covering 2,000 hectares.

Prior to his work in Asia and the Middle East, Bart worked for several years in the US on research facilities for large multinational firms. In his current position with Hill International, Bart is involved with Kuwait Health Ministry’s programme to expand nine existing hospitals.
