Deyaar to build twin towers in Dubai's Business Bay

13 January 2008

The local Deyaar Development plans to build a AED1.5bn ($408m) twin tower project at Business Bay in Dubai.

Known as Bristol Towers, the two 29-storey buildings, one residential and one commercial are to be called Bristol Residency and Bristol Executive.

It is the latest project planned by Deyaar at Business Bay. Its other projects include The Citadel, Metropolis, Burlington, Oxford Tower and Churchill Tower.

Late last year Deyaar formed a joint venture with two Saudi-based companies, Arabian Arkan for Commercial Investment, and Ibrahim Abdullah Abunayyan & Brothers, called Saudi Deyaar, to pursue real estate opportunities in Saudi Arabia (MEED 20:11:07).
