Description: With a prime location adjacent to Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence, The Beach is an exciting new beachfront retail, food and beverage, and leisure destination. The low-rise development spans more than 600 metres of prime beachfront, delivering 70 new outdoor retail and restaurant units, a cinema and entertainment zones. The project has been formed around a pedestrian esplanade that meanders between four distinct plazas. High-quality architecture that is both playful and contemporary combines with landscaping to integrate the scheme with the surrounding area.
