Dubai Contracting awarded more tower work at Dubai Marina

The local Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) has been awarded an estimated AED265m ($72m) contract to build a residential tower at Dubai Marina.

The two and a half year contract involves the construction of a 33 storey tower with five basements. The total built up area is 42,374 square metres.

Lebanon’s Erga Progress is the consultant.

In July DCC was awarded a similar contract for another residential tower in the marina area valued at AED244m ($66m). The 30-storey tower with three basements will have a built-up area of 43,677 square metres. Erga is again the consultant on the scheme.
