Lebanon’s Erga Progress is the consultant.

In July DCC was awarded a similar contract for another residential tower in the marina area valued at AED244m ($66m). The 30-storey tower with three basements will have a built-up area of 43,677 square metres. Erga is again the consultant on the scheme.
