Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched a new service that will enable motorists to renew their vehicle registration and driving licences over the phone from November 1, Gulf News has reported. The service can also be used for paying traffic fines. Motorists now have four different channels available for renewing vehicle registration and driving licences and pay traffic fines. They can do so by visiting the RTA website (www.rta.ae), RTA customer service centres, RTA’s approved insurance companies, and now through phone calls to RTA’s customer service call centre.
