Home prices in Dubai rose by 2.3% in the last three months of 2011, putting the emirate among the top 10 performers in the world for the period, according to the latest Knight Frank Global House Price Index. The property firm said Dubai house prices rose 0.5% over the full year of 2011, while they increased by 0.4% between the second and fourth quarters of last year. Overall, Knight Frank ranked Dubai 26th out of 52 property markets around the world.
