11 August 2009

Amine Hamdani, VP Fund Advisory and Indirect Investment of CBRE Hotels has said that Dubai hotels will see rates increasing by up to 30 % in the fourth quarter of this year, Emirates Business has reported. Rates in the emirate have fallen by up to 60% over the past year as the sector responded to slow business figures.
