Deloitte & Touche has said Dubai hotels are expected to increase their revenue per available room (RevPAR) by about 10% in 2011, Gulf News has reported. "Thus in terms of RevPAR, we would see Dubai hotels clocking between 5% and 10% growth this year - largely occupancy driven and not rate driven," Alex Kyriakidis, global managing director for tourism, hospitality and leisure at Deloitte & Touche said.
