The project, opposite the World Trade Centre, involves the construction of at least three interconnected towers comprised of offices, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, residential units and retail space. The total built-up area is about 270,000 square metres.
Prospective bidders include Lebanon’s Arabian Construction Company, CSHK Dubai Contracting, the local affiliate of China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) and the local/Australian Nasa Multiplex.
US-based Burt Hill is the architect. The client is the Investment Corporation of Dubai.
