Selected contractors have been invited to express interest in the contract to build the Creek Towers & Plaza development at Dubai Maritime City.
The project involves the construction of five towers of up to 30 floors, sitting on top of two five-level podiums. The total built-up area is 650,000 square metres.
Dubai Maritime City is the client.
Dubai Maritime City is a 2.2 million square metre mixed-use development designed to serve the maritime industry.
It is located between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. Other areas of the city include an industrial precinct and harbour offices (MEED 6:7:08).
