Dubai Maritime City signs agreement with Arab Sea Ports Federation

Dubai Maritime City (DMC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Egypt-based Arab Sea Ports Federation.

The MoU will provide new business opportunities and is part of the DMC’s programme to engage in long-term business relationships with regional and international maritime institutions.

Under the agreement, both parties have agreed to exchange ideas with regards to maritime policies and strategies.

The MoU was signed by Amer Ali, CEO of Dubai Maritime City, and Rear Admiral Essam Eddin Badawy, secretary general of the Arab Sea Ports Federation.

On completion, the DMC will feature six components: the Industrial Precinct, Harbour Offices, Harbour Residences, Maritime Centre, Dubai Maritime City Campus and Marina District.
