Overview
Pearl Dubai is building a mixed-use development in a 1.85 million square metre area called Dubai Pearl. Located between Dubai Internet City and Palm Jumeirah, it will include residential units, commercial and entertainment complexes and hotels such as Baccarat, Bellagio, MGM Grand and Sky Lofts.
The project has suffered delays since its inception, but once complete, it will house 9,000 people, and have office space for 12,000 people.
Project scope includes:
- Four 73-storey mixed-use towers
- Three hotels: Bellagio (250 rooms), MGM Grand (350 rooms) and Sky Lofts (350 rooms)
- Residential towers
- Two commercial towers
- Commercial area (1.1 million square feet)
