The prequalifiers for the project include the local Al-Habtoor Engineering Enterprises in a joint venture with South Africa’s Murray & Roberts Contractors (Middle East), the local/Belgian Bel Hasa Six Construct, and South Korea’s Samsung Corporation.
The project, formerly known as the Dancing Towers, involves the construction of three mixed-use towers with a shared podium. The development will also include a new stock exchange building for the Dubai Financial Market.
The UK's Mace International is the project manager. UK-based Zaha Hadid is the architect. The local Dubai Properties is the client (MEED 18:5:07).
