Dubai Properties invites contractors to bid for Culture Village residences

Local developer Dubai Properties has invited selected contractors to bid by 11 May for the main contract works for a residential package at its Culture Village development in the Al-Jadaf area.

The local PMDC is the project manager.

In late March Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum unveiled plans to build a cultural district on the banks of emirate’s creek. The Khor Dubai project will stretch 20 kilometres. It will start in the Shindagha area and run through Business Bay to the new creek extension.

It will include 10 museums, nine libraries, 14 theatres, an opera house, 11 galleries, seven arts and culture institutes and workshops for artists (MEED 27:3:08).
