Local developer Dubai Properties has invited selected companies to bid by 21 August for the estimated AED1.7bn ($462m) contract to build the Crystal development at Dubai Media City.
The prospective bidders include Al-Nekreh Contracting, Al-Shafar General Contracting, both local, Hong Kong-based CSHK Contracting Dubai, and India’s Shapoorji Pallonji.
The project involves the construction of eight towers, ranging from 10 to 14 floors in height, on top of a common podium.
Germany’s Henn Arkitekten is the consultant.
