Dubai Trade, a subsidiary of Dubai World, has launched an online service that allows exporters to access real-time information on commercial vessels sailing from Jebel Ali port in Dubai.

Users of the new Vessel Schedules e-Service can search for ships by entering the destination port and expected departure date of the vessel into the online portal.

Before the introduction of this service, traders and forwarders in the UAE had to find departure schedules from each shipping line or local agent. All this information has now been collated and is accessible through one online source.

The e-service currently has sailing schedules of major shipping lines from Jebel Ali to more than 700 destination ports.
