Steel licenses will be offered by the country’s Industrial Development Authority
A total of six Egyptian companies are considering bidding for new steel licenses offered by the country’s Industrial Development Authority, Daily News Egypt has reported. Ezz Steel, Sixth of October for Light Industries, Al Marakbi, IIC for Steel Plants Management, Al Ahram Steel, and Port Said National Company for Steel, have until November 25 to submit their bids for a steel or billet license or for a combined one.
