Elite Jets, a Dubai-based private jet operator, has signed an agreement with Dubai World Central Aviation City under which it will build a new base on two plots of land, with a total area of 167,000 square feet, to expand its executive jet operation and to set up an aircraft servicing facility to serve the needs of individual and corporate aircraft owners and groups wishing to charter aircraft.
