The two companies will provide charter services and an aircraft management business across the Middle East.
Jet Aviation customers will receive charter services from Elite around the region, while the Swiss group will provide maintenance services to the aircraft fleet in exchange.
Jet will appoint a member of its management team to the board of directors at Elite and will appoint a new Dubai-based director of ground operations.
