Local developer Emaar Properties has selected Canada’s Brookfield Multiplex for the raft foundation package for its Address Sky View development.

The Address Residence Sky View is being built in Emaar’s Downtown Dubai development. The twin-tower complex will house a hotel, 532 residential units and service apartments. Each building will be more than 230 metres tall and will link directly to the Dubai Metro and Dubai Mall.

The local NSCC is working on the piling package.

Multiplex is working on the raft for the Address Residence Fountain Views which is also in the Downtown Burj Khalifa area.

Emaar recently sent a letter of intent (LoI) to Lebanon’s Arabian Construction Company (ACC) for the estimated AED3bn ($817m) contract to build the Fountain Views development. The main construction package involves building three towers including a 220-metre-tall, 60-storey building.
