UK-based Emcor Facilities Services will manage key projects across the UAE for Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP).
The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will see Emcor manage ADCP’s current and future business portfolio that includes Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) head office in Abu Dhabi and branches across the UAE.
The MoU is expected to translate into a definitive agreement within the next two months.
