Emirates is delaying the start of its nonstop service to Los Angeles and San Francisco by about a month because of a hold up in the delivery of four Boeing 777-200LRs aircraft, which the carrier had intended to deploy on these routes, according to a spokesperson. The service to Los Angeles is being pushed back from 1st September to 1st October, and the start of service to San Francisco is being delayed from 26th October to 20th November.
