Emirates Holidays is offering a range of discounted packages to California, with just a month to go before Emirates Airline launches its non-stop flights from Dubai to the West Cost. John Felix, Senior Vice President of Emirates Holidays, said the carrier's first non-stop flights to LA will take place on October 26, while non-stop service to San Francisco will begin on December 15.
