Emirates International approaches firms for National Holding tower deal

Emirates International Investment Company has approached selected contractors for the contract to build the National Holding headquarters at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (Adnec).

The project involves the construction of a 14-floor office tower overlooking the exhibition centre.

The tower will be on top of four basement levels and a mixed-use podium. It will have a gross floor area of 25,862 metres.

The architect is London-based Zaha Hadid. The consultant is the UK’s Shankland Cox (MEED 5:6:08).
