Emirates has announced that it will no longer by using the A380 on its daily Dubai-New york route, instead opting to cut seat capacity by 132 by using the Boeing 777- 300ER. From June 1 one of the A380s will be redeployed on the Dubai-Toronto route, with the other switched to the Dubai-Bangkok service.
