Emirates opened its new terminal at Dubai International Airport today to the public. Initially there are limited flights from the Terminal, but by year end all Emirates flights will depart and land at Terminal 3. The first flight will go to Doha. Eventually, once the third concourse is open in 2011, Dubai's airport will be capable of handling 75 million passengers a year.
