KuwaitAn emiri decree has been issued approving the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation budget for fiscal 2003/04. Net profits are forecast at about KD 525 million ($1,743 million).

Revenues are forecast at KD 4,435 million ($14,784 million) and expenditure at KD 3,910 million ($12,910 million). The National Assembly (parliament) has already approved the new budget.
