Kuwait's Partnerships Technical Bureau (PTB) is signing a KD2.2m consultation contract with Ernst and Young for the country's metro project, Kuna has reported. The contract involves studies over the economic aspect of the project on the technical, financial, and ecological level. The metro project is planned to link the southern and northern parts of the country with Kuwait City. The project also aims at decreasing the dependency on regular transportation methods.
