Etihad Airways has appointed Linden Coppell, an environmental and corporate social responsibility specialist, as its first manager for environmental affairs. Linden has more than 18 years experience in environmental affairs and joins Etihad from Cathay Pacific Airways where she held the position of environmental manager for the past five years. In her new role Linden's focus will be to develop and implement a corporate environmental strategy for the Abu Dhabi-based airline.
