Etihad Etisalat buys Saudi internet service provider

Etihad Etisalat, Saudi Arabia's second mobile phone provider, has acquired internet service provider Zajil for SR85m ($22.7m).

The deal follows its acquisition of another Saudi company, fixed-line data provider Bayanat, for SR1.5bn in March.

The mobile phone operator is a subsidiary of the UAE telecoms giant Etisalat.
