Etihad Airways said this summer is its busiest summer period in its four year history, with more than 1.6 million passengers flying onboard the airline's flights in June, July and August. During these months, Etihad has posted an average of 83% full, an increase of 46% on the same period from the year before, with 1st August as its busiest day, recording 20,721 passengers.
