Etihad is flying special relief flights from Thailand to Abu Dhabi to carry stranded passengers, the first is due to arrive early this morning. Etihad's Boeing 777 flight with a capacity of 378 passengers is taking off from U-Tapao International Airport, about 150km east of Bangkok.
